How can I request a Direct Debit refund?

You can request a refund of a SEPA Core Direct Debit within 8 weeks without giving any particular justification. For all unauthorized transactions, you have 13 months to dispute it. 

However, you can’t dispute a SEPA B2B Direct Debit as indicated on the mandate.

How does it work? 

1) If your IBAN starts with QNTO

You can request a refund of a SEPA Core Direct Debit directly from your application within 8 weeks once the direct debit has been processed. 

  • From your Web app go to your History to select the debit 
  • Click on Request a refund in the transaction detail modal. 

You’ll be refunded within 24 hours. 

 2) If your IBAN starts with TRZ

Step 1: Download the document below, complete it with the requested information, sign it and add the date. All you have to do is send it to us at [email protected]

Step 2: Once the request validated by our team, you’ll be refunded within 2 or 3 weeks.
