How long does it take for an incoming transfer to be credited to my account?

The execution of a transfer depends on the issuer's bank.

Within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) transfers are usually completed within 24 to 48 business hours.

If you're expecting an incoming SEPA transfer but haven't received it after two business days, we suggest that your debtor gets in touch with his/her bank in order to ask a proof of transfer. This document is useful in order to check the information entered.

❌ Your Qonto account cannot receive the following SEPA transfers:

  • Immediate, Urgent and Instant SEPA transfers,
  • treasury/VSOT transfers.

If your debtor made one of those transfer, it'll be back to him/her under four business days.
