If you really want to close your account, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you've transferred your funds into another bank account
- Send us an email, including 'Account closing' in the subject line, at [email protected], providing us with all needed information (organisation, owner name, IBAN) including the proof of your identity
- Feel free to explain the reasons of your choice, this would help us improve our services.
