What should I do if my Qonto card is lost or stolen?

Whether your Qonto card is lost, stolen or even broken, you can block it directly from your account:

  1. Go to the Cards section from your Qonto app
    Note: If you have multiple current accounts, click on All accounts, and select one. Only the cards attached to this account will be displayed. Or to be even more efficient, click on the little icon See cards available in each card of the Accounts section.
  2. Select the appropriate card and click on Report lost/stolen, at the bottom of the right-hand side
  3. Then, select Report as lost or Report as stolen
  4. Finally, enter your password to confirm the action.

☝️ Good to know: This is an irreversible action that will definitively block your cord. So check your recent transactions to make sure that there has been no fraudulent use of your account.
