How long does it take before I receive my Qonto card?

Physicals cards are delivered to the personal address of the cardholder or the company’s head office. If needed, you also have the possibility to create a "custom" address.

The shipping address is selected by the account administrator during the card creation.

How much time does it take to receive my card?

Physical cards are sent:

  • with mail tracking for One and Plus cards.
  • via DHL services for our X card.

The delivery of our cards usually takes place within 2-5 working days.

✌️ Good to know: Postal tracking is available 24 hours after initiating the order. You can follow the journey of your card to your mailbox at any time from the Cards section of your application.

If you have not received your card within this period, do not hesitate to contact us.

Note: For security reasons, the card order is validated only when the PIN code is set up by its holder. If you have ordered a card for one of your employees, he will receive an email asking him to set up his PIN code. For more information to set up your PIN code, click here.

For virtual cards, no need to wait! They are activated as soon as they are created and allow online payments.
